Scope of Services DevOneLab provides business oriented digital development solutions. Services may include web design, app creation, system setup, data tools, UI design, AI based systems, and related tech support. All services are described on the site or in direct client contact.

User Duties You agree to use the site and services in a lawful and fair way. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or disrupt site work. You are responsible for the data you submit and for keeping your login details safe.

Orders and Payment When you place an order, you agree to provide true and full details. Fees, scope, and terms of each project are set out in a separate agreement or offer. Work may begin after written approval of the scope and fee.

Intellectual Rights All site content, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by DevOneLab or used with valid rights. You may not copy, modify, or reuse content without prior written consent. Upon full project payment, client rights to agreed deliverables are set out in the project terms.

AI Systems Some solutions may use AI based tools and smart logic. Output from such systems depends on input data and user setup. You are responsible for review and use of generated output in your own business tasks.

No Warranties The site and services are provided on an as is and as available basis. DevOneLab does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding site access, uptime, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Limit of Liability DevOneLab is not liable for indirect, special, or incidental loss arising from use of the site or services. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Third Party Tools Projects may include third party tools, plugins, or platforms. Use of such tools is subject to their own terms. DevOneLab is not responsible for changes or limits set by third parties.

Data and Privacy Client data is processed in line with applicable law in Canada. You agree to provide only data that you have the right to use. DevOneLab applies reasonable steps to protect data during project work.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be sent in writing to [email protected]. If work has not yet started, a full refund of the paid fee may be issued. If work has started, the refund amount is based on the stage of work completed and documented hours spent. No refund is available for completed and approved deliverables. Custom digital work created to client specs is not subject to refund once final files are delivered.

Termination DevOneLab may suspend or end access to the site or services if you breach these Terms. You may also end a project by written notice, subject to payment for work performed up to the notice date.

Changes to Terms DevOneLab may update these Terms at any time. The current version is posted on the site. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Alberta. Any dispute arising from use of the site or services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that region.
